I think that most people believe that realtors go on vacation just after Christmas, which is not always the case. There are many that are still working hard. Just with any profession, you have realtors on vacation and realtors still working hard. I lucked out and there was no snow and it was 10C outside. I think it can be a good time for buying a home.
