It was April 17th 2007 when I published the very first article.
Last year, I completely forgot to celebrate the blog’s first birthday (Shame on me). And now we’re on our second year and still blogging. We are grateful to all our loyal readers that stayed tuned even on those slow and uneventful months. We’ll be celebrating quietly this year, as we’re still recovering from last weekend Easter feast and drinks. If you’re going out tonight, have a drink for us too.

Congrats! Most blogs don't survive that long. Usually the author just gets bored, runs out of ideas, loses interest, or doesn't see enough following to keep at it! Keep it up!
Thanks! I hit a couple of dry months in the beginning, but now with the help of my contributors it's a lot easier to keep it going.
Is the photo of the birthday cake in this post copyrighted? If not, may I have your permission to use it in my own blog, which will have its 2nd birthday on Sep. 28th? If a charge is involved, I will refrain from using it.
