The area is amazing and the value of my condo has gone up by about 30%. I know there were a few condos for sale in my building lately, while some do sell quickly I often see some condos on the market for a while. I think my neighbor' s 3 bdrm condo, on 2 level, is still on sale. It is not on mls. I didn't know there's such demand for condos on my street ! There are some condos on Vinet which is just 2 blks away that have been on the market for several mths though they were reasonably priced.
