What’s great about it

You are eligible to take the course regardless of your property’s age and architectural style. Considering the fact that Heritage Montreal promotes architectural and historical sites, it’s good to know that even if your property falls into “newer construction” category, you can still learn from the pros.

Here is the list of the seven different courses available:

  1. General Home Inspection
  2. Renovation Planning and Administration
  3. Foundation and Structure
  4. Exterior walls, Roofs and Insulation
  5. Mechanical and Electrical system of a House
  6. Doors, Windows and Exterior Woodwork
  7. Montreal Residential Architecture through History

The courses are in French BUT they are also available in English every Wednesday from March 26 to May 7, at Dawson College.

The deadline is approaching. If you want to enroll, you need to move fast! For more information visit their website: HeritageMontreal.org
