I have a question relating to this program.

I was visiting condos in Little Italy last week. They were all conversion of industrial buildings. Most of the developers told me the unites were not admissible to the first-time buyer credit, while others (including 7140 Alexandria) said they were.

One argument was that it depended on the type of warranty (APCHQ or another one that I forgot).

What's you view on this?

When are conversion projects admissible to the City credit, and when are they not?
