		<description>Good news!  The new &quot;Montreal Barometer&quot; for the second quarter will be available for downloads as of August 11th on the Quebec Federation of Real Estate Boards (FCIQ).  Barometers for Qu&#233;bec, Trois-Rivi&#232;res, Sherbrooke, Saguenay and Gatineau will also be available, as well as a Barometer for the entire Province.
