Actually the design is quite nice already. Very clean and easy to navigate.
Adding a blog as a news section I find it to be a plus, as google gives priority to blogs over static sites. Even if you blog only once a week, we all love reading the "behind the scenes" news of a site.
Or maybe it's just me.

The entire real estate industry in this country is embarrassingly behind

Behind you said! I feel we're still in the stone ages when it comes to applying technology in Canadian Real Estate.

It just serves to make us all (we savvy agents) realize we are a step ahead.
Thanks for the comment dude!

Best part of the video was when Marc said, "Web 2.0 was something that came about in 2001". In other words, if you need a definition of web 2.0 at this point of the game, you are in trouble.

The entire real estate industry in this country is embarrassingly behind when it comes in adopting internet technology. Oh well, it just serves to make agents like Deya look like superstars!

We took off the blogs off the site, they are still published but not linked to the site. It is exactly what you stated blogging was 2 or 3 years ago. But blogging taught us a lot and what we should learn from them is that people are always looking for fresh and current news daily.

The problem with blogs is that they come off unprofessional. While if you go to sites like cnn.com or thestar.ca people go back to those sites daily because their will always be something new on it every time of the day. And at MyCondoNetwork.com we were just posting weekly blogs making it useless.

We are redesigning the homepage right now and we are implementing a new feature which will hopefully be an interactive news section for the Toronto Real Estate Market.

Nothing seems to be easier than seeing someone whom you can help but not helping.
I suggest we start giving it a try. Give love to the ones that need it.
God will appreciate it.

Yup, we love to read news about our neighbourhoods and business in blogs. One thing I love is the fact you can give direct feedback to the articles as well.
