Very clean and easy to navigate. Adding a blog as a news section I find it to be a plus, as google gives priority to blogs over static sites. It is exactly what you stated blogging was 2 or 3 years ago. But blogging taught us a lot and what we should learn from them is that people are always looking for fresh and current news daily. The problem with blogs is that they come off unprofessional. While if you go to sites like cnn.com or thestar.ca people go back to those sites daily because their will always be something new on it every time of the day. And at MyCondoNetwork.com we were just posting weekly blogs making it useless. We are redesigning the homepage right now and we are implementing a new feature which will hopefully be an interactive news section for the Toronto Real Estate Market.
