Old Montreal Spa ScandinaveGood news to all Spa Lovers. There’s is no need to leave the island to find a spa that has the same accommodations as the ones found on St Sauveur and Mont-Tremblant.

Scandinave Les Bains Vieux-Montreal, is about to open it’s doors this month. Offering 12,000 sq ft of space with a wide range of goodies that includes: Hydro-Jet baths, cold rinse stations, saunas and deep tissue massage.

Lodging with spa packages are also offered, although the prices are not listed on their website, there’s a number for info and reservation.

For the most part, the bath & massage packages are a bit upper-scale, but considering that you don’t have to drive away from the city and spend extra money on gas, food and lodging, it’s actually not-bad. Depends how you look at it.

Definitely a treat I will give myself on the coming days ahead. When it gets really cold, I’ll be hiding in the sauna!
