It's a lot of work but definitely worth it. Whether you are buying a house or renting an apartment in Montreal, you want to be able to picture yourself living there. And a lot of times that's hard to do with a series of big, empty rooms.

I really like your information regarding "Should your house be staged before you sell".

I strongly recommend some useful tip.

Basic Staging Rules:

1) Clean
Your home must sparkle . To achieve this level is often only feasible by hiring a clean crew.
In fact, have a cleaning service return weekly while your house is for sale is probably a pretty good investment. Get your windows professionally cleaned inside and out too.
Please also have a look:<a href="http://www.vancouverdreamrentals.com/Dream_1-rent-properties-detail-Canada-vancouver" rel="nofollow">Corporate Apartments Vancouver</a>

Thanks

Regards

I strongly suggest that all of you stag your home before putting it for sale. In fact, you will earn a lot more on top of finding a buyer for your home much faster if you stag your property before. I actually have written an article on how people can stag their home for sale. You can read all about here: http://www.youppy.com/maisonavendre/articlesimmobilier.asp#11

It is a good idea to have the home staged, but make sure you have an objectives in mind when selling. I once had a home staged by a professional. She staged it for asthetics and feng shui, but the real problem was the buyer perception that the house was too small. The stager did not stage to remedy that particular problem.
