    Great shot!

This is a wicked building. I had the chance to visit it once, a friend was renting there. Two years ago there were a couple of condos for sale. I haven’t seen anything available since.

    Finders keepers.

    Yup, this is fine building.
But funny thing how an old church was transformed into condos..in petit italie. You’d think the catholics in the area would go bananas over the idea of it, when they first proposed it. Sacrilegious!

Now, seriously….it’s a superb piece of architecture.

Church into condos, factories into condos…old schools into condos. You name it, the have it.
I agree about the architectural uniqueness, never seen something as daring as making a church into a living space. There’s beauty, class and history behind it.

Haven’t had the chance to visit the interior yet. I would love to though.
Anyone in the building interested in a free evaluation?

    :)
