Hi Deya,

Yes, I think I got the terms confused, what I meant to say that I was waiting for the pre-sales for the other phases instead of jumping on the last pre-sale ones for Phase 2. Indeed, the prices does shoot up once the condos are built, also probably more expensive when Spring time rolls around.

Looking forward for the article!

Thanks for the reply :)

Hi Dahlia,
Indeed the M9 Evolution will be a MEGA Project in 4 phases, with residential and commercial units. I have still to gather all info to make an article about it. Phase 1 is finished, delivered and occupied by their owners. Phase 2 is now on the pre-sale phase. Phases 3 and 4, won't be starting until much later (more on that soon). Unit prices are lower in the pre-sale phase, once the construction begins all prices go up. It doesn't work like the re-sale market, where the longer a property stays in the market, higher chances they will lower the price. New construction has a different dynamic.

The M9 Evolution project is said to be in 4 phases, are the plans for Phase 3 and 4 still in the works? I think the project is lovely, but am willing to wait it out if the other phases will be built to have a cheaper price.
