I have still to gather all info to make an article about it. Phase 1 is finished, delivered and occupied by their owners. Phase 2 is now on the pre-sale phase. Phases 3 and 4, won't be starting until much later (more on that soon). Unit prices are lower in the pre-sale phase, once the construction begins all prices go up. It doesn't work like the re-sale market, where the longer a property stays in the market, higher chances they will lower the price. New construction has a different dynamic. Hi Dahlia,
